Technical Manager

We are looking for a Technical Manager with responsibilities as follows:

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of system and network engineers to provide IT managed services at clients’ sites
• Manage daily operations and support the service delivery manager in all service-related activities
• Upsell project opportunities to clients

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in deploying and managing projects from IT infrastructure design and deployment to post-implementation support for SME clients
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in managing SME clients’ daily operations with a team of at least 3 engineers in a system integrator (SI) environment
