Digital Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

· Manage portfolio of projects to on-time and budget delivery

· Develop robust project plans, milestones and budgets

· Responsible for all scheduling & planning activities related to digital/automation Projects

· Provides strategic direction for Digital Roadmap

· Responsible for management of Digital partners, integrators, vendors

· Builds & maintains effective relationships with multiple internal customer business units

· With Technical Delivery Management, allocate resource as required to active digital/automation projects

· Provide regular status updates including project risks, cost updates, manpower updates

· Focused on improving business value through delivery of robust Digital solutions

· Prepares project proposals – including investment calculation, and business ROI

· Guiding and coaching technical resources

· Resolves day-to-day operational conflicts impacting project schedules

· Plays a key role in ensuring legal & customer compliance (where required)

Qualification and Education Requirements

· Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology

· Significant experience (multiple projects) with Microsoft Project, or similar application

Minimum years of experience in role:

· Minimum 4 years of working experience in full software development lifecycle

· Experience communicating (clearly) with leadership across various functions & departments

• Demonstrated ability to comprehend project financials, and manage project budget(s)

Preferred Skills (if any):

• Preferably PMP qualified, or equivalent professional certification

• Technical understanding of Advanced Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 Technologies

• Change Management experience

• Problem solving skills

• Task scheduling skills
