Director, Digital Engagement Marketing

Responsibilities
• Drive the competency development for the Digital Engagement Lab (DEL) that comprises diverse areas including Digital Strategy, User Experience, Creative Design, Contents Development and Marketing.
• Support presales activities, conceptualisation and ideation.
• Support delivery of portal design, drive marketing activities and manage contents delivery and syndication for government portals
• Identify new growth opportunities and to create synergy and solution offerings that will enable the group to differentiate the company among the major players in the very competitive digital agency industry.
• Strategize and develop business plan to drive the adoption and enlarge customer base and to build sustainable revenue streams.
• Be in-charge of Sales portfolio.

Requirement
• Degree in Business Major in Marketing and Comms.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience and 10 years of project management experience.
• Professional capacity in similar job scope.
• Has managed a team size of at least 20.
• Has experience handling project revenues of at least $30million.
• Experience in Digital Engagement and Digital Asset Management.
• Knowledge in quality management.
• Good project management skills.
• Sound business acumen.
• Demonstrate strong marketing practices and creativity.
