Managed Services Sales Specialist

Responsibilities
• Report to the Sales Specialist Team Leads.
• Responsible primarily to introduce company’s portfolio of Managed Services solutions and ICT services to achieve a high share-of-wallet in a Sales Territory accounts.
• Understand customer’s businesses, and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization.
• Conduct high impact sales presentations and prepare sales proposal.
• Engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organization to include all C-level executives, negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals.
• Ensure revenue and profit targets are met.
• Ensure excellent Customer Satisfaction levels with every Customer engagement.

Requirement
• At least 3 years of proven sales, business development or account management track record in Telecommunications or IT industry for IT infrastructure sales.
• Degree or higher in IT, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Technical knowledge in the areas of unified communications, networking and/or security is a plus.
• High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented.
• Good knowledge in MS office Applications especially Excel.
• Dedicated and is an excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent and resourceful team player with a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to internal and external customers.
