Assist Supervisor in coordinating with various parties (SAP vendors, end users, other IT teams) on SAP project rollouts, upgrades, and data migration. Involve in designing solutions, preparing documentation, conducting user acceptance test and deploying of new changes or enhancements for project rollouts.
Coordinate with SAP vendors and other IT teams for the configuration, and maintenance of SAP for Change Requests.

Experienced in developing apps on OutSystems and/or MS Power App
Proficient in .NET or Java and database modeling and SQL
Proficient in front-end web technologies like JavaScript, CSS

The role reports to the Applications Maintenance team with responsibility to bridge the gap between development (AD Team) and IT operations (AMS team) supporting operational tasks typically managed by operations teams. He/she will ensure the efficient functioning of application systems, monitor performance, automate processes, and enhance system availability.

You'll be responsible for cross-platform test planning and execution within the team. You are a tester at heart who is passionate about all forms of testing (white box, black box, functional, regression, non-functional).

Develop and manage yearly and quarterly marketing plans and associated budgets based on the defined Country strategic priorities of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and Philippines.

Provide in-depth pre-sales technical/solutions knowledge, design and support with respect to the company’s Solutions Portfolio to internal sales teams as well as to partner organizations; to influence, educate and help customers in the assigned territories with the company’s Solutions Portfolio. 

Oversee day to day treasury activity in the region including but not limited to pool structures, bank account management, guarantees, cash forecasting, investments and dividends. Service operations in China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, India, Korea, Philippines, Thailand and other operations in region that arise

Hunt for new clients and manage existing accounts. Build relationships at all levels to understand the customer’s business issues and relating them to business initiatives, corresponding IT initiatives and company’s solutions which address those needs.
