Human Resources Manager

Hai Phong, Vietnam

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with branch office’s development, goals setting & fully responsible for branch’s HR activities
  • Assist with developing, streamlining and implementation of new policies, processes and procedures to meet business needs
  • Responsible for talent acquisition, learning & development, payroll, performance management & etc.
  • Provide regular reporting to regional HR office, contribute ideas, and maintain the professionalism in human resources management.
  • Assisting the general manager of the Vietnam branch to carry out corporate culture construction, create a positive, efficient, pragmatic, and caring work atmosphere.

 

Requirements:

  • Able to relocate to Hai Phong, Vietnam
  • Vietnamese, ability to write & speak fluent English & Chinese
  • Bachelor degree & above
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years in managerial role
  • Manufacturing background preferred
  • Familiar with Vietnam’s HR/ Employment Law & Regulations & talent acquisition channel
  • Motivated, aspired & responsible individual
