Human Resources Manager
Hai Phong, Vietnam
Responsibilities:
- Assist with branch office’s development, goals setting & fully responsible for branch’s HR activities
- Assist with developing, streamlining and implementation of new policies, processes and procedures to meet business needs
- Responsible for talent acquisition, learning & development, payroll, performance management & etc.
- Provide regular reporting to regional HR office, contribute ideas, and maintain the professionalism in human resources management.
- Assisting the general manager of the Vietnam branch to carry out corporate culture construction, create a positive, efficient, pragmatic, and caring work atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Able to relocate to Hai Phong, Vietnam
- Vietnamese, ability to write & speak fluent English & Chinese
- Bachelor degree & above
- At least 8 years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years in managerial role
- Manufacturing background preferred
- Familiar with Vietnam’s HR/ Employment Law & Regulations & talent acquisition channel
- Motivated, aspired & responsible individual
