Senior Investment Manager | Anchor Search Group

Responsibilities:

Source, evaluating, recommending and monitoring external managers
Provide sound recommendation on portfolio constructions, taking into account appropriate
asset class universe.
Monitor PERE investments and escalate investment issues, evolving market risks and portfolio
issues, when necessary and on a timely basis.
To execute and actively monitor, with recommended investment actions, when appropriate on these.
Provide key inputs, identify, evaluate and recommend investment opportunities that benefit
from identified emerging capital markets and industries trends.
Work closely with external sources, external managers, business associates, etc., to build
knowledge and expertise.
Prepare sector report, contribute to overall asset allocation reports for the Asset Management
division.
Develop presentation materials for investment commitment meetings, marketing materials for
new product launches.
Work closely with sales teams for aftersales and fund raising activities.

Requirements:

Experience in sourcing, evaluating, recommending and monitoring external managers, especially in private equity real estate and/or private equity funds.
Knowledge and understanding of real estate asset classes and trends.
Good knowledge and understanding of macro drivers of asset classes: returns, risks, and
correlations.
Outcome and results oriented, with rigorous approach to tasks assigned.
Preferably, someone with strong analytical skills, verifiable performance track record of past and
existing works.
Minimum of 8 years of working experience either as a real estate investment professional
Team player with integrity, able to work independently and coordinate across team from
various departments/entities.
A good degree, preferable with professional qualification, like CFA, CAIA, etc.
Pleasant personality, good communicator, versatile and with positive attitudes, the person must
have the drive to excel in tasks given.
