Talent & Learning Manager



  • Partner with the HR Business Partners to identify needs that leverage the core of learning & talent development programs, frameworks and other best practices to help individuals and teams excel
  • Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and leaders as a way to get to know how to best meet their needs
  • Provide coaching to team managers, relating to their needs and the needs of their teams to learn and grow
  • Partner with Learning colleagues and HR Business Partners to shape, customize and implement learning and development strategies
  • Consult with the Group’s learning teams to share best practices and ensure continuity across multiple programs and teams
  • Design & deliver learning workshops & team building events as needed
  • Be a good thought leader for your business stakeholders & HR Business Partners wherever learning is concerned



  • At least 8 years’ experience in an L&D organization within the financial industry
  • Able to consulting with HR leaders and business stakeholders, with a proven track record of establishing relationships and being a strategic partner
  • Experience in talent assessment tools with the ability to facilitate discussions and adapt content to meet the needs
  • Having done end to end from designing to delivering talent programs
  • Passion in developing manager and leader capabilities through formal and informal methods
