Cultural Centre Manager (FMCG)


Job Descriptions:

  • Ensure group’s sales & marketing strategies for the Cultural Centre is adhered to facilitate the delivery of goals and objectives of product range
  • Fully responsible for the P&L of the Cultural Centre. Carry out sales & marketing budget planning and track spending for the Cultural Centre.
  • Drive, develop and maintain Corporate Account / membership sales for the Cultural Centre.
  • Manage and organize daily restaurant operations with a goal of controlling costs and providing a high-quality experience and service to customers.
  • Conduct online and offline alcohol tasting, training, or any other events relevant to members and public to promote the culture of the alcohol.
  • Develop and supervise the implementation of action plans, including time spent checking directly on the field.
  • Direct sales & marketing campaigns including new product launches with the help of salesforce, brand managers, and Finance team.
  • Any other tasks deemed important by the Global Sales Director.


Job Requirements:

  • 8 years’ experience in sales & marketing positions with FMCG companies.
  • Any experience in alcohol and beverage industry preferred.
  • Must be willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays to drive sales.
