Senior HR & Admin Executive


Job Descriptions:

Full-spectrum of HR Management & HR Development includes but not limited to


  • Plan yearly manpower with budget together with respective department
  • Publish job ads and shortlist candidates for interviews as needed
  • Manage internal databases with new and past recruitment
  • Manage Orientation and Exit Interview

Performance Management

  • Develop appraisal system and conduct appraisal (performance review) in time with respective HOD
  • Plan Performance in Progress (PIP) if needed

Learning & Development

  • Work out L&D budget which is planned amongst employees, with trainees, future leaders etc.
  • Familiar with government grants and funding and applying for the relevant grant.
  • Develop Job progression plan

Com & Ben

  • Develop a fair com and ben system to attract the talent and retain the existing staff, balance with budget and profit of the company.

HR Information System

  • Develop and upgrade employee manual.
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel files like employment contracts, etc
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  • Generate payroll and submit CPF and IR8A in time
  • Manage all leaves’ records and claim the necessary GPML/GPMB /NS etc


Job Requirements:

  • Min 5-7 years working experience as a Senior HR & Admin Officer or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management (HRM), Human Resources Development (HRD) & Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Familiar with MOM rules and regulations
  • Familiar with payroll system
  • Organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
