Senior HR & Admin Executive

Job Descriptions:
Full-spectrum of HR Management & HR Development includes but not limited to
Staffing
- Plan yearly manpower with budget together with respective department
- Publish job ads and shortlist candidates for interviews as needed
- Manage internal databases with new and past recruitment
- Manage Orientation and Exit Interview
Performance Management
- Develop appraisal system and conduct appraisal (performance review) in time with respective HOD
- Plan Performance in Progress (PIP) if needed
Learning & Development
- Work out L&D budget which is planned amongst employees, with trainees, future leaders etc.
- Familiar with government grants and funding and applying for the relevant grant.
- Develop Job progression plan
Com & Ben
- Develop a fair com and ben system to attract the talent and retain the existing staff, balance with budget and profit of the company.
HR Information System
- Develop and upgrade employee manual.
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel files like employment contracts, etc
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Generate payroll and submit CPF and IR8A in time
- Manage all leaves’ records and claim the necessary GPML/GPMB /NS etc
Job Requirements:
- Min 5-7 years working experience as a Senior HR & Admin Officer or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management (HRM), Human Resources Development (HRD) & Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Familiar with MOM rules and regulations
- Familiar with payroll system
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
