Sr. Channel Marketing Manager, APAC

This position is an excellent hands-on opportunity at a fast-growing, US-based software cybersecurity company that is rapidly expanding internationally. As the Sr. Channel Marketing Manager in Asia-Pacific, you will work closely with the regional Channel Sales organisations and Partners to assist in scaling the business across the region.

You will be responsible for building scalable marketing campaigns, communications strategies and incentive programs with our Partner community. More specifically you will roll-out integrated Partner campaigns and programs, online and offline, against an annual and quarterly plan and budget, working closely with Channel Sales, and regional and corporate marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with APAC Channel Sales teams, as well as local and regional marketing to develop scalable and repeatable marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and demand generation of the company and Partner offerings
  • Build strong relationships with Partners, create marketing plans with key Partners, while ensuring all Partners are informed, engaged and excited about product offerings, brand and collaboration
  • Execute end-to-end virtual and in-person event logistics (webinars, executive roundtables, trade shows, conferences)
  • Tailor global digital campaigns to partner requirements and assist Partners with implementation (email, social, inbound)
  • Apply your resourcefulness to come up with new field programs to drive partner-sourced pipeline
  • Measure campaign impact through SFDC reporting, evaluate Channel campaign ROI, and present recommendations for improvement
  • Budget spend management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10+ years Partner field marketing experience across the Asia-Pacific region
  • Track record delivering strong marketing results that accelerate Partner revenue growth
  • Expert at end-to-end event delivery, both virtual and in-person programs
  • Familiar with different types of partners and routes to market
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and communicate effectively.
  • Project management/organisational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments
  • Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals
  • Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, or security company desired
  • Familiarity with digital campaigns is a plus
