In this position you will be responsible for assessing, executing and monitoring private real estate transactions.
Your tasks will include:

Perform quantitative and qualitative due diligence on prospective direct equity & primary fund investments
Initiate and participate in calls and visits with current and prospective investment managers
Conduct various tasks related to product reporting, monitoring investments, market research, internal requests, and marketing efforts

In this role you will oversee a selection of private markets investment programs. You will also perform various program-related activities while working with investment professionals and client relationship teams.

Thoroughly analyze portfolio developments and craft the language used to update investors through an iterative process that includes outlines, drafts and reviews with investment professionals globally, while keeping the development on a tight schedule
Provide compelling qualitative and quantitative reporting to investors through regular publications and general sales support material
Compose focused investment commentary through independent market research
Respond to client requests relating to assigned private markets investment programs
Take responsibility in projects to support the development and growth of the team
Oversee product compliance including proper documentation of processes and procedures

• The Regional Partner Services Manager will enable the company’s Security partners to effectively sell and deliver Services engagements around its Security products, thereby helping to drive Sales

high share-of-wallet in the account.

Understand customer’s businesses, and identify influencers and decision makers within

developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives
through ICT solution sales.

Conduct high impact sales presentations and prepare sales proposal.
Engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organisation to include all C-level
executive, negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals.
