Sales Manager – IT Solutions
Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Apply expert knowledge of information technology and associated solutions and strategies related to the client’s business to attain business.
- Develop accordingly a long-term business relationship with the client’s executive management and key decision-makers providing total solutions to the client’s business needs.
- Identify opportunities and develops managed service solutions. Manages and monitors opportunities through their sales cycles and tracks them through a forecasting process.
- Work with pre-sales solution architects and managers to ensure that appropriate quantity and quality of technical and services resources are deployed and the solution can be delivered profitably and successfully.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, canvassing, networking and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and demonstrations on Company products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and maximizing returns from existing contracts
- Setup meetings with potential customers to understand pain points for sharing with the internal team.
- Forecast tactical and strategic business opportunities.
- May perform other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in Managed Services – IT Infrastructure, Cloud and/or SaaS.
- Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sales process.
- Strong interpersonal skills; can quickly build rapport and deliver compelling, persuasive arguments to an executive-level audience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure
