Lead and drive the compliance function across the Group

The Senior Manager drives the business unit's compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations as well as data governance policies. He/She collaborates with each worksite to plan for fuel stock, ensure fuel quality and approve complex maintenance work. He/she is also responsible for emergency response plans to enable the operation unit to deal with potential disruptions that cannot be anticipated. Externally, he also manages strategic contractual issues with customers and maintains strong relationships with key business stakeholders.

Lead the implementation, design, and operationalization of cloud data platforms on AWS and GCP.
Oversee the design and development of CI/CD and DevOps pipelines for cloud infrastructure automation within the data platform.

Build strategic, trust-based relationships with prospective clients’ decision makers, stakeholders and provide industry insights, competitive landscape. Have technical knowledge and understanding of Cloud Service Providers offerings (Google, AWS, Azure), Hyper Converged Infrastructure, Data Centers, DR, and Backup solutions.

Be in charge of conducting comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities within the organization's systems, processes and policies.

Assist Supervisor in coordinating with various parties (SAP vendors, end users, other IT teams) on SAP project rollouts, upgrades, and data migration. Involve in designing solutions, preparing documentation, conducting user acceptance test and deploying of new changes or enhancements for project rollouts.
Coordinate with SAP vendors and other IT teams for the configuration, and maintenance of SAP for Change Requests.

Experienced in developing apps on OutSystems and/or MS Power App
Proficient in .NET or Java and database modeling and SQL
Proficient in front-end web technologies like JavaScript, CSS

The role reports to the Applications Maintenance team with responsibility to bridge the gap between development (AD Team) and IT operations (AMS team) supporting operational tasks typically managed by operations teams. He/she will ensure the efficient functioning of application systems, monitor performance, automate processes, and enhance system availability.
