The Named Account Manager will team up with our world class Sales Engineering Organization and our channels team to introduce the company to new customers, as well as to expand our presence with companies who are already part of our existing customer base.

You will be building methodology for IT quality management system, project management, solution designing according to ISO9001 and ISO27001, quality review (internal auditing) and measurement (project delivery, time to resolve major problems and etc).

As the Lead of Talent Acquisition, you are a creative thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to create frameworks, structure, communicate and collaborate with others to deliver results. Using extensive skills, knowledge and network, you will make an impact in key areas such as workforce planning, talent attraction, talent development and employee engagement.

Owning the delivery of project implementations for Corporates in ASEAN, Greater China, Korea and Japan, you need to have proven experience in providing Delivery/Program/Project/Practice Management leadership in a global structure.
Strong spoken and written communication skills in Japanese are preferred because of the need to communicate with clients in Japan.

Conduct research on emerging business models or innovative games and mobile Internet applications through industry chain analysis to provide strategic planning and investment advice for management teams

This role will be focused around sales into Commercial / Commercial Enterprise accounts based in HCMC.
