Manager, Digital Goods

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive new direct to consumer product and expanding our presences globally
  • Perform market research and monitor market trends to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Identify, establish and maintain strategic partnership with clients, industry leaders and key partners
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and countries business development teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, social and marketing promotion campaigns to drive business growth
  • Pitch marketing promotion ideas with new and existing partners and deliver win-win partnership campaigns mapped to business objectives
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions and provide inputs to product and technology team
  • Support on management reporting and data analytics to build business forecast and track performance

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years of relevant work experiences in B2C/D2C e-commerce industry and particularly familiar with mobile gaming and gift card/codes business
  • Prior experiences in building or manging user growth initiatives especially if done from ground up
  • Preferably with experiences managing senior stakeholders and exposure in regional/global markets
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, but also a creative problem solver and innovator
  • Not afraid in work in extremely fast pace environment with constant changes and pressure to deliver results
  • Self-driven, organised and motivated
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
