Regional Professional Services Partner Enablement Manager – APAC

Key Responsibilities:

• The Regional Partner Services Manager will enable the company’s Security partners to effectively sell and deliver Services engagements around its Security products, thereby helping to drive Sales
• Diagnose and assess partner’s readiness and ability to deliver Security solution services.  To do this, the Regional Partner Services Manager shall advise partners on effective governance practices, enable them to develop services business development and delivery-focused organizations.
• Organize on-the-job and/or classroom learning programs for identified Security partner representatives (sales, services and software engineers) to develop their services skills.
• Coach the partners to be able to develop customer value propositions for packaged services offerings.
• Provide expertise on complex security opportunities drawing upon his/her deep knowledge of Security solutions, understanding of the company’s Security Connected vision and industry best practices in applying the company’s security technology to enhance customer’s security posture.
• Work to develop and maintain a trusted relationship with partners, helping to grow Intel Security related services revenue streams leading to successful and strong customer references for the company and its partners.

Requirements: 

• B.S. or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems  (MIS) or IT related technology
• 10 years of experience in selling and implementing Security products, hands-on experience implementing products at customer sites
• Strong understanding of the security market and ability to map security technologies to customer needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Very good customer presentation skills
• Travel: 50-75%
