Senior implementation engineer (CyberArk)

Job Description
• Security products implementation (Products such as Security Configuration Management, Secure
System MFT, UBA, MFA, VM, PAM)
• Documentation for project requirements
• Follow project implementation lifecycle
• After sales support such as product incident escalation and technical support (24×7 SLA)
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer session
• Integration of security products
• Require odd working hours due to projects requirement. 

Job Requirement
• Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in security system integrator environment
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in design, deploy and implement CyberArk PAM solution
• Working knowledge with MS Visio and Gantt Chart
• Basic knowledge on networking such as TCP/IP, firewall, switching and routing
• Working knowledge on setting up Windows/Linux servers and VM
• Working Knowledge in Coding/scripting (AutoIt, Python, YAML, XML, etc) (good to have)
• Basic knowledge in Cloud Services (AWS/AZURE) with knowledge on containers, stacks,
Kubernetes, Dockers. (good to have)
• Working knowledge in Database Platform (good to have)
• Able to work after office hour and during weekend/public holiday
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Keen in cyber security domain
