Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research, analyse sales trends and sales opportunities for driving revenue
  • Manage the sales pipeline and identify new sales prospects
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Build long term relationship with key contacts at customers
  • Lead the sales team to achieve good sales results
  • Generate creative ideas to gain sales opportunities
  • Prepare annual budget and provide monthly analysis of results

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or marketing
  • More than 7 years of experience in the related industry
  • At least 2 years of experience in the similar capacity
  • Good verbal, written communication skills
  • Energetic and outgoing personality
