Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • This role will involve working very closely with hiring managers in understanding hiring needs and plans from them
  • Couple business acumen and insight with labor market data and knowledge of talent pools to develop recruiting plans and strategies to meet not only the current business need, but support the long term talent requirements
  • Leverage talent expertise, understanding of talent acquisition plans, business model, operations, competitive position and business group products to identify the top business priorities and make recommendations and influence the hiring team, manager or internal stakeholders regarding talent acquisition
  • Execute to the talent acquisition plan
  • Create a WOW user experience for candidates through direct and meaningful engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Conduct Lead Generation, Research and Sourcing of qualified candidates to meet future needs and a bolstered talent pipeline.
  • Develop & deliver compelling offers and closes the candidates to accept
  • Develop strong relationships with other functional partners within HR
  • Ensure operational effectiveness, manage and maintain all key metrics
