Private Real Estate Investment Analyst

For this challenging position, we are looking for a person who works well in a very entrepreneurial organization, someone who is a self-starter and possesses strong networking and organization skills. The successful candidate should have the following profile:

• Top academic credentials with a coursework emphasis on Finance and/or Real Estate
• 1-2 years of work experience in the private real estate market with a leading firm
• International experience (work and/or academic) is preferred
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed
• Thorough knowledge of Word and Excel (modeling skills required) and the ability to conduct independent research
• Be proactive on assignments/projects and demonstrate initiative
• Able to complete projects on time and accurately and be able to multi-task
• Fluency in oral/written English essential
