Director, Data Centre Hosting Services

The Director of Hosting Services is required to manage a division of product managers and product specialists in charge of product development/management and pre-sales of Data Centre services in Singapore and in the region.

Responsibilities 

·         Achieve product leadership to support customer base in Singapore and the Asia Pacific

·         Deliver product revenue growth, market share growth and improve product profitability

·         Manage and optimise cost of the products

·         Business owner to optimise service ordering, delivery and implementation processes to ensure efficiency, competitiveness and control cost

·         Establish and manage partnerships with key partners in Singapore and the region

·         Work with engineering on the development and enhancement of the product 

·         Lead the product specialist team to support key accounts to drive revenue growth

·         Keep abreast of competition and technology development to ensure product differentiation

Requirements:

·         Bachelor degree in Engineering

·         At least 10 years in a leadership position in managing Data Centre or global ICT products in a highly competitive environment 

·         In-depth understanding of Data Centre business and good understanding of Telco and Cloud services

·         Proven leadership capabilities in DC Product development across different functions and across multiple geography

·         Proven ability to manage business partners and key stakeholders

·         Data Center, ICT, Cloud business

·         Proven Financial & Process skills

·         MBA will be advantageous 

·         Track record in building teams to develop a Data Centre business
