Responsibilities:
- Meet revenue targets and other quantitative targets like yield, AUMs, account growth and fee income ratio
- Understand client requirement and daily maintenance of account relationships
- Provide investment advise to clients & fully responsible for clients under management
- Ensure compliance with bank’s and regulatory requirements
- Develop and strengthen their relationships with the Bank in accordance with relevant business goals.
- Manage the relationships with new and existing affluent customers through professional consultative financial analysis.
- Up-sell, cross-sell and provide regular market information updates and trend analysis to these customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree with at least 5 years of work experience
- Proven sales track record of direct selling experience in private banking business
- Sound product knowledge relating to private banking
- Good understanding of compliance & regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to listen & understand client’s requirements
