Business Development Director
Across different industries
Responsibilities:
- Act as a hunter to bring in business opportunities and projects across different industries with business value more than USD100 mil
- Drive the business development and strategy in new client acquisitions and deepening relationship with existing clients.
- Generate new account activity and revenue opportunities
- Manage sales funnel and sales cycle to ensure strong closure
- Perform opportunity-based activities such as account profiling, prospecting, identifying and documenting sales
- Meet key performance metrics established
- Create new channel partnerships
- Work closely with stakeholders within the team
- A strong focus on customer, partner satisfaction and loyalty
- Keep abreast of the market trends and take part in business planning and execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- Experience in dealing projects with more than USD100 mil worth
- At least 8 years business development/ sales experiences
- Demonstrated experience in successfully achieving sales targets
- Strong presentation skills, communication skills and negotiations skills
- Positive attitude, resourcefulness and a strong sense of ownership
- Proven sales track record
- Detail-oriented and results-focused
