Business Development Director

Across different industries


  • Act as a hunter to bring in business opportunities and projects across different industries with business value more than USD100 mil
  • Drive the business development and strategy in new client acquisitions and deepening relationship with existing clients.
  • Generate new account activity and revenue opportunities
  • Manage sales funnel and sales cycle to ensure strong closure
  • Perform opportunity-based activities such as account profiling, prospecting, identifying and documenting sales
  • Meet key performance metrics established
  • Create new channel partnerships
  • Work closely with stakeholders within the team
  • A strong focus on customer, partner satisfaction and loyalty
  • Keep abreast of the market trends and take part in business planning and execution


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Experience in dealing projects with more than USD100 mil worth
  • At least 8 years business development/ sales experiences
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully achieving sales targets
  • Strong presentation skills, communication skills and negotiations skills
  • Positive attitude, resourcefulness and a strong sense of ownership
  • Proven sales track record
