Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial management, financial reporting, and cash flow reporting
• Create, revise, and implement effective internal control policies and procedures
• Prepare internal financial reports, business performance reports, budgets, and financial forecasts
• The CFO in single family offices is responsible for all accounting-related topics
• Planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities
• Able to set up company structure of the family office

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Full membership of recognized professional accounting body such as CA, CPA or ACCA with minimum five years post qualifying experience.
• Postgraduate qualification such as MBA would have an added advantage.
• 10 years managerial experience in accounting and finance out of which 5 years should be at Head of Finance or CFO level in Banking or Financial Services Industry
• Experience in VC, PE, and family offices
• Experience in M&A or start-up companies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills and able to work independently
