Head of Capital

Responsibilities:

• Be the end-to-end capital market partner to executive leadership to enable effective and
  efficient business activity
• Partner with the business leaders to optimize and monitor progress on their strategic
  agenda, short-term and long-term plans and investments, operational success metrics,
  efficiencies, risks, and mitigation.
• Responsible to maintain and develop strong relationships with current and prospective
  investors, clients, and affiliates of the Company;
• Lead all aspects of capital markets and funding needs. Investor relationship, report
  setting and ownership, due diligence, pitching. Setting up the legal framework and
  collaborating with legal counsel to make things happen.
• Responsible for cultivating new business relationships for the Company by procuring
  new and prospective investors and clients for the Company.
• Assisting with the preparation of decks, investors’ newsletters and any other similar
  marketing materials as may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 8 years of work experience in Debt Capital Markets or Investment Banking
• Understanding of capital markets, including key players, metrics, and language
• Ability to communicate effectively, with developed business judgment and strategic
  thinking
• Ability to solve problems and navigate complexity in a fast-paced, constantly evolving,
  and often ambiguous environment
• Developed FP&A skills, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, scenario planning and
  modeling
• Developed leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Startup or Fintech experience is preferred
