Regional Channel Director


An established business leader to take Channel relationships to the next level.  The role includes hiring the right talent, effective deployment of the team, setting expectations, coaching, managing performance, pipeline management, and collaboration with other sales resources (Direct Sales, Sales Engineering, Renewals).


  • Overall responsibility for all Partner activity in the Southeast / South Asia and Pacific Regions.
  • Lead, manage & develop the Channel & Alliances sales team based across the Regions.
  • Achieve & exceed annual revenue plans and driving accountability to build the brand with existing and new partners.
  • Maintain an understanding of the strategic directions of the company at a corporate & regional level in order to develop & execute an aligned channel strategy.
  • Create and own the regional Channel Plan including the effective development of existing partners.
  • Achieve quarterly financial & non-financial targets.
  • Engage with the company’s channel team, district managers, RVPs, field sales, pre-sales and Marketing, and support teams to execute the plan.
  • Own business relationships with key strategic partners.
  • Oversee the Asia South and Pacific teams’ engagement with partners to:
    • Structure each partner engagement go-to-market strategy
    • Influence Partner sales teams to ensure that the company is “front and center” and always included in their collaboration business opportunities.
    • Evangelize the company’s solutions to Partners and their customers.



  • Strong history in leading a Channel & Alliance business.
  • Fundamental understanding of the Asia South and Pacific markets.
  • Proven experience in a leadership.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Ability to influence effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Strong customer and partner network.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and determine appropriate actions to create desired outcomes.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities with highly effective follow through skills.
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
