Senior Business Development Manager


A listed company in global mobile technology is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to support its publishing team as part of its expansion plan.


  • Manage the acquisition and onboarding of new premium in-app publishers.
  • Work with internal product and supply stakeholders to bridge and connect the needs of our various customer constituencies.
  • Prospect for new business and accounts while managing an existing book of business.
  • Suggest and implement a new process by which to work with supply partners.
  • Prepare partner reporting and analysis.


  • A minimum of 7 years of business development, account management, and/or client-facing product management experience required.
  • An understanding of the digital advertising landscape, header bidding, emerging advertising technologies, inventory, and publisher ecosystem.
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin as the role requires liaising with China-based publishers.
  • Strong knowledge of header bidding and programmatic space.
  • Solution selling skills and the ability to follow a tight sales process are crucial.
  • Excellent prospecting, vetting, and presentation skills while acting as the face of our client to the publisher.
  • Revenue-focused negotiation and analytical skills.
