Strategy and Competitive Analyst


Job Duties

  • Research on emerging business models or innovative games and mobile Internet applications through industry chain analysis to provide strategic planning and investment advice for management teams
  • Monitor the development and tendencies of the local game market, provide in-depth local user insights, track user consumption behaviors and habits, and provide strategic decision support for the company’s new product portfolio strategies, product cooperation, and international product development
  • Track cultural features and target audiences of game, related extensive entertainment, and subculture industries to support strategic investment and product development
  • Provide decision-making basis for the improvement of local products, assist the release team to determine local release and operation strategies, and track feedback on product operation status and marketing effects



  • Bachelor’s degree, all professions are acceptable
  • 2+ years’ related experience, consulting or Internet/game industry background preferred
  • Fluent in Indonesian, English and Chinese, including daily communication, business communication, business writing and presentation
  • Proficient in all kinds of market research methodologies, with strong SPSS、SAS、Excel or equivalent analytical software skills
  • Excellent data sensitivity and business sensitivity, excellent learning, thinking, problem identification and problem-solving skills, excellent self-driven abilities
  • Understand and passionate about Internet and game
  • Mature and responsible, excellent communication skills and teamwork skills
