Talent Acquisition Lead

Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and enhance talent acquisition frameworks and processes to strengthen the functions
  • Champion efforts to create a seamless digital application and on-boarding experience for candidates
  • Drive Company Value Proposition and branding initiatives
  • Manage and establish strong working relationship with external recruiters in ensuring good quality hires
  • Establish relationship with various tertiary institution to sustain positive company brand, build future pipeline, manage internship and campus hiring
  • Work with Talent Development Team and HR Business Partners to drive and execute Graduate Trainee programme
  • Stay abreast and share any revisions to the employment law, practices and market intelligence to the business.

 

Qualifications:

  • Have at least 10 years of HR experience with strong knowledge in Singapore employment legislation and 3 years of experience in leading and developing a team
  • Possess good network and knowledge of the talents in the insurance industry
  • Interest in employer branding
  • Able to think out of the box and hire out of industry for certain positions
  • Has proven experience in building strong and credible working with business leaders and HR team
  • Able to establish good rapport with institutions and vendors, and work collaboratively across departments
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to do¬†whatever it takes to deliver results
  • Demonstrates good judgment and strong decision-making skills
  • Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, diligent in following through plans/projects
