Marketing Lead


• Build and execute a strategic marketing plan with clear and measurable goals, coordinating cross-functional support, and driving data-centric accountability
• Conduct the full spectrum of marketing activities across demand generation, brand management, content creation, product marketing and partnership marketing
• Partner with the commercial, product and data teams to build and deploy coordinated demand generation programs
• Analyse the effectiveness of campaigns, content and channels, running experiments to optimise results or iterate on strategy
• Lead and develop the marketing team – recruiting, on-boarding, empowering, and mentoring team members to deliver outstanding results


  • Have more than 5 years of B2B work experience in CRM, communications, marketing (demand gen, marketing operations, or product marketing), customer success, or related areas of focus
  • Experience in project management across multiple teams
  • Experience in successfully creating and deploying inbound and outbound demand generation programs in a startup environment
  • Have hands-on knowledge and strong familiarity with marketing automation and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot and/or other content/campaign management systems
  • Are familiar with the venture capital and startup ecosystem
  • Are interested in learning about different industries
  • Are self-motivated and aware of what career success means to you
