Senior Executive, Inventory, Quality & Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities
• To work with other departments on the quality issues
• To oversee customer complaints, product returns and disposal of products
• To engage with all departments to ensure proper procedures are implemented
• To manage and resolve customer complaints quality issues
• To lead and carry out on-site quality inspection
• To liaise and advise other departments & customers on all corrective action report matters
• To conduct investigations and corrective and preventative actions
• To lead the inventory team
• To carry out tasks as and when assigned by the management

Qualifications
• Minimum O level/Diploma in Logistics/ Supply chain

Basic Skill Areas
• Possess Basic Microsoft knowledge – Word, Power-point , Excel and WMS
• Strong analytical, customer relations and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Premium Skill Areas
• Knowledgeable in Logistics/Supply chain functions
• Minimum 2 years of QC / QA experience
• Possess basic knowledge of ISO 9000
• Possess knowledge on QA
